ZAHLUNG:
A deposit of 30% of the total amount due must be sent on receipt of our booking confirmation. The balance must be paid on arrival, deposits will be reimbursed only if cancellation will be at least 60 days before the start of the lease. |

PREISE:
Prices quoted refer to a one week let of a specific apartment. Included in the price are (except where differentiated in the price list): use of hot and cold water, use for electricity, cooking gas, initial cleaning of the property, sheets and towels, use of swimming pool where provided from 29th May to 25th September, insurance as described in Clause 5. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE, DEPOSIT AS GUARANTY:
a) Arrival at the “La Mucchia casa vacanza” must be from 3.00pm on Saturdays. Should clients be unable to arrive within 5 pm shall call 39+ 3333649971
b) On arrival clients must present their identity documents for all their party to the owner of the property or his representative thus permitting registration with the local authorities. Before taking possession of the keys to the property the client must pay the breakage deposit of Euro 200 as indicated in the conditions. This deposit will be refunded on departure less any money due for breakage, damage, and/or any supplementary expenses. The client is held responsible to the property for any costs in excess of the deposit. The owner or his representative retains the right to refuse access to any client who fails to pay the necessary deposit. Clients must depart before 10.00am on Saturdays leaving the property in a clean and tidy condition. |

INSURANCE:
La Mucchia S.r.l. operates in accordance with all legal requirements (International Convention on Tour Contracts C.V.V. endorsed by Italian Law no. 1084 of 27.12.77 and C.E.E. Directive 90/314 of 13.06.90) and insures all clients with TORO ASSICURAZIONI as follows:-
Policy for public liability to all clients of tour programs or holiday leases in accordance with Art. 13 of The Regional Law of Tuscany no.16/94 and successive changes as approved by the Regional Council of Tuscany, minute no. 5823 of 30.05.94.
Policy with TORO ASSICURAZIONI, Cortona Branch Office. This guarantees clients and the buildings they use during the period of their vacation. |

GENERAL:
By signing a lease for one of the La Mucchia’s properties the client must fully understand that on entering the property he or she becomes liable for any damage caused by him or her whether civil or criminal. To prevent the client claiming ignorance of these conditions, he has to sign this form carrying these terms and conditions. The person signing the booking form is held responsible for the lease. Medieval Properties as this farmhouse are private and as such reflect the owners’ tastes, local traditions, and architecture. They do not in any way set out to become hotels or to mirror current trends. These properties offer to the client the opportunity to live for a short time in a different world where traditions and history form part of local life. |
