In Farmhouse in La Mucchia we were two weeks in August 2009 and had three apartments total for 12 persons. It is good place for people in each age need relax. We spent fantastic holiday in la Mucchia and visiting historical places around. The unforgettable experience!

My husband, 2 teens, my daughter and her fiance all stayed at La Mucchia this past summer for 2 weeks. It was a wonderful place and we didn't want to leave! The restored farmhouse is right outside of Cortona and was a perfect base for exploring Tuscany and Umbria. The house was so comfortable and had the charm of history, but all the modern conveniences. Modern bathrooms, comfortable beds, and all the sports channels my 17 year old son could want! The absolute BEST part of staying at La Mucchia were the owner's Uri and Quiren. Anytime we had questions they were always there to help us get around and introduce us to all the wonderful places to eat in the area. They were warm and welcoming and made our stay there very special. We have told all our friends about La Mucchia and my husband is already planning on when we are going back!

After a pleasant journey by car, we arrived in Tuscany. We were received very warm and cordially by the owners of the luxury farmhouse in Cortona. The house itself was a beautiful, renovated, original Tuscan farmhouse. You could see that a lot of knowledge, love and money was spent to revive this building. The appartments were breathtaking. The owners were so nice to show us around the building and all the appartments. Every appartment had many original features p.e. the ceiling, walls, floors etc., but were also modern and clean, with internet acces, a large screen lcd television and interesting art on the walls. The bedrooms were beautifull etc. In regard to the location, what can one say, it's Tuscany!! With beautifull views everywhere and in the vicinity of all the interesting cities, like Cortona, Siena, Florence, etc.
There were no low points in this holiday and i am definately going to stay there again. |

| Very nice location and accommodation. New, modern, clean and luxury. Ideal place to visit the surrounding. But the most important aspect is the sincere hospitality of the hosts. |

| Fantastica!!! una casa excelentemente restaurada con siete apartamentos preciosos decorados al estilo toscano. Situada en un lugar estrategico para desplazarse por el sur de la Toscana,y contemplar los extensos cultivos de girasoles y viñas del sur. Quizás la casa no posee la belleza de unas vistas magnificas sobre las colinas pero esta rodeada de cultivos y es extraordinariamente tranquila además de estar cerca de Cortona para las familias que se desplazen con niños ofrece piscina! Sin más añadir la amabilidad de sus propietarios excelentes anfitriones que os brindaran toda su amabilidad y trataran de hacer la estancia todo lo agradable posible. Es un lugar para repetir. |
